One of the best property I have ever visited.. The photographs of standard rooms are misleading. I booked through Make My Trip for standard room. The room which we got was shabby, clumsy, poor lighted. There were insects roaming on the floor and spiders hanging from the roof. Doors of room were making noise. It was top most floor, unclean and unhygienic. Staff at the counter was rude and impolite. He told that it is the only room available. It is advisable to first see the room physically before checking in. There are much better options available in Manali.

we have stayed for 4 nights in Park Residency. A true hotel with all amenities.... Mr. Dinesh was so caring to us.... every staff of this hotel was very caring. Food was very good and sumptuous. My family loved this place very much. Next time when we will visit manali, we will stay for a week in this beautiful hotel. Location was very good....

We had lunch @ Park Residency Manali. The quality of food was not good... we ordered kadhai paneer along with other accompaniments..... Paneer was stale and sabzi too oily.... when complained we were given another seasonal veg which was too oily...highly disappointed.... Will not recommend anyone to go there..
